These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Wittie Agent (the “Service”), operated by Wittie Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What The Wittie Agent Is
The Wittie Agent is an AI-powered travel planning tool and credit card recommendation service. We help you design trip itineraries, understand how to use credit card points and miles, build budgets, and plan savings.
We are not a licensed travel agency. We do not book travel, do not process travel payments, do not issue tickets, and do not hold IATA/CLIA accreditation or seller-of-travel licenses. All bookings are made by you, directly with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other providers.
We are not a financial advisor, credit counselor, or lender. Card recommendations are informational and based on how a card fits your stated trip and goals. We do not guarantee approval for any card, and we do not provide personalized financial, tax, or investment advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may stop using the Service at any time.
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate itineraries, estimates, and recommendations. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Prices, award availability, transfer bonuses, card terms, and travel details change constantly. Always verify current details — fares, award space, hotel rates, card fees and bonuses, and booking windows — directly with the provider before you book or apply. You are responsible for your own travel and financial decisions.
5. Credit Card Recommendations & Affiliate Relationships
We may earn a referral fee if you apply for a card or make a booking through links we provide and you are approved or complete a purchase. This does not increase your cost, and you can always go direct to the provider instead. We aim to recommend based on fit, not payout. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
6. Acceptable Use
- Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don’t scrape, resell, or misrepresent the Service or its output as professional advice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and the Wittie persona, is owned by Wittie Consulting LLC. Trip plans you generate are yours to use for your own personal travel.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or recommendation will be accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wittie Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost savings, missed award space, denied credit applications, travel costs, or other losses arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is currently offered free of charge, our total liability to you will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
